GK Mongolian BBQ is a family-owned restaurant where customers build custom bowls by selecting from all-natural meats and 14-20 seasonal locally-grown vegetables, then choosing from daily-brewed sauces before a chef cooks the meal on a metal-top stove. The business has operated since 1983, when owners Ronnie and Shaoyeen Shih purchased the original Stockton location and expanded to multiple Northern California locations.
