About Bacon and Butter
Bacon & Butter is a Sacramento restaurant co-owned by siblings Amber Michel and Executive Chef Billy Zoellin, serving breakfast, lunch, and brunch since 2012. The restaurant sources from local farmers’ markets and farms, emphasizing seasonal menus and humanely raised, sustainable meat providers. All dishes are made to order using hands-on artisan cookery.
